It’s easy to sign-up for Kent Customer Portal
  • Open URL http://customer.kent.co.in/SignUp.aspx
  • Fill up basic details like name, email address, mobile number and desired password
  • If your mobile number is already registered with us, we will send you an OTP (One Time Password) on your mobile. If your mobile is not registered with us, please call 9278912345 and get your mobile number updated.
  • Once you receive OTP, enter the same on the screen and your account is active.
Call KENT customer care number 92789 12345 between 8 AM – 8 PM and get your registered mobile number updated. Once it is done, you can use new mobile number for customer portal registration.
Use “click here to reset your password.” Section on http://customer.kent.co.in/SignIn.aspx to generate your new password.
After logging in, you will find “Request for Service” in left menu. Click on it and select your product, problem type, and convenient date and visit time. That’s it and complaint is registered with KENT.
You can track your service history by logging in at http://customer.kent.co.in and going to “Service History” tab in left menu.
You can change your password by logging in at http://customer.kent.co.in and going to “My Profile” tab in left menu.
